Duct Works

Used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) to deliver and remove air. The needed airflows include, for example, supply air, return air, and exhaust air.[1] Ducts commonly also deliver ventilation air as part of the supply air. As such, air ducts are one method of ensuring acceptable indoor air quality as well as thermal comfort.

Galvanized Steel Ducts:

Using Galvanized steel Sheets, Supply and manufacturing the rectangular galvanized steel sheet metal duct works. Thickness ( 0.7 to 1.5 mm ) and 275, 300 and 330 g/m2 Galvanization. According to SMACNA standard and Project specifications Using Latest CNC Full Auto Lines for the following duct types:

  • Rectangular Ducts

  • Spiral Round Ducts

  • Longitudinal Seam Round Ducts

Duct Accessories:

To connect each item to other in the galvanized steel ducting system, there are many connecting types to insure no leakage and suitable reinforcement to each size according to SMACNA Standard and Project Specifications.

We have many types for the connection such as the following accessories:

  • TDC-35 , TDC-40 Flanges.

  • TDC-35 , TDC-40 Corners.

Black Steel Welded Ducts:

Using Cold or Hot Rolled Coils Sheet metal with Thickness Range (1.5 to 5 mm ) in high temperature applications as Smoke and kitchen ventilation applications for the following duct types:

  • Rectangular Flanged Ducts

  • Round Flanged Ducts

Stainless Steel Ducts:

Stainless steel ducting is recommended for ventilation systems installed in humid or hot environments also used in medical applications to minimize bacteria growth

Longitudinal Seam Or Argon Welded for the following duct types:

  • Rectangular SS Ducts

  • Round SS Ducts

Aluminum Jacketing:

Aluminum Jacketing plays a vital part and is an ineliminable protective layer for mechanical insulation systems including pipes, Ducts, and equipment in all exposed areas prone to mechanical damage. It protects the insulation and underlying pipe/ducts from physical damage, UV exposure, corrosive atmospheres, and water.

Aluminum jacketing commonly known as cladding which is available in smooth; stucco embossed, and corrugated.

Air Diffusers:

Jet Diffusers.

specially designed for long throw applications such as Sports Halls and Mosques.

One box an contain up to 6 elements with 12” Diameter or 4 elements with 14” Diameter with delivering air at throw reach to 60 m.

Eye Ball Diffusers.

excellent choice when you need to throw supply air over a large distance into the occupied zone, particularly when ceiling diffusers are simply too high/impractical to mount. The Diffuser has a characteristic “EYEBALL” which can be moved in different directions to provide a very wide range of movement from the side wall. The pivoting movement of the Eyeball is  +/- 30° .

Linear Slot Diffusers.

designed to combine a high air change rate capacity with maximum flexibility in air pattern and volume control and is suitable for either ceiling or sidewall applications.

Disc Valve Diffusers.

used as an alternative to ceiling diffuser. They are most commonly used for the purpose of ventilation. The air flow through the disk valve can be adjusted by rotating the disc clockwise or anticlockwise.

Perforated Ceiling Diffusers.

The Perforated Air Grille combines a inner core of perforated aluminum or stainless steel sheet surround with a frame. This Diffuser has a free area of approximately (16% : 50% ) which makes it extremely effective in all air function specially for clean room applications.

Swirl Diffusers.

can create better air mixing to enhance indoor air quality and help achieve compliance through Air Change Effectiveness measure. Swirling vanes are used in air diffusers to create swirling outflow jet, so that more rapid mixing with ambient air can be achieved.

Air Grilles:

Linear Bar Grilles  (Different deflection angels)

good appearance and flexibility. They are suitable specially designed for ceiling or side wall mounted, found also mitered and curved section with different bar thickness and spacing also with different deflection angles .

Door Grilles.

used in any heating, ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC). It can be used as transfer grilles for walls and partition openings and its architectural finish is eye catching. They are used in dark rooms where light sensitivity is critical.

Transferer Grilles.

installed in the wall or above the door to connect the closed room with an open space such as a hallway or living room, thereby providing an additional pathway for stale air to reach the centrally located return

Raised Floor Gride.

Improves operational efficiency and allows greater flexibility in the arrangement of equipment. Permits the space between the two floors to be used to supply cooling air to the equipment or area. Allows for future layout change with minimum reconstruction cost. Specially used in Data Center Rooms.

Air Louvers:

Fresh Air Louvers (Sand Trap)

prevents the sand from entering the air intake unit or equipment rooms, thus avoiding a damage to the moving parts of the equipment and clogging the filters often.

Supply or Exhaust Louvers.

a device consisting of multiple blades that permits the flow of air, but inhibits the entrance of water, rain, sand, and other unwanted materials.

Special Decorative Air outlets:

It Is non Standard Air Outlets  made by using CNC cutting machines to produce certain shape after calculating the free area to check the velocity and noise.

Manual Volume Control Damper:

The Volume Control Damper is used to control air flow in air duct. This unit comes with complete manual quadrant. Volume Control Dampers can be manufactured with galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum and are suitable for the systems requiring air control, it is available to rectangular and round duct.

Motorized Volume Control Dampers:

The Volume Control Damper is used to control air flow in air duct. This unit comes with motorized actuators. Volume Control Dampers can be manufactured with galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum and are suitable for the systems requiring air control, it is available to rectangular and round duct.

Motorized Smoke Fire Dampers:

A device installed in an air distribution system or an air transfer opening designed to close automatically upon detection of smoke or Mechanically using Fusible Link in Fire Case, it is available to Rectangular and Round Ducts

Fire Dampers:

Fire Protection products used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) ducts to prevent the spread of fire inside the ductwork through fire-resistance rated walls and floors. It closed Mechanically using Fusible Link in Fire Case, it is available to Rectangular and Round Ducts

Gravity Shutter Dampers:

Used as a duct termination element installed on the facades of buildings. The gravity louvre shutters prevent the entry of unwanted air and other materials or objects into the HVAC systems when the ventilation is switched off.

Pressure Relief Dampers:

used in areas experiencing a build of pressure and requiring release of this excess pressure at regular intervals, in one direction. The release of this excess helps maintain or control the pressure in the zone, area or even inside the duct thus preventing the duct from damage. Pressure relief dampers can be mounted on the wall or duct, depending upon the application.

In order to isolate vibrations and noises caused by air handling units, fans and other equipment, it is highly recommended to install an airtight flexible joint between the outlet of the device and the airduct. This joint, consisting of a fabric which is attached to a sheet of metal on both sides.

Plenum box for Square and Slot Diffusers.

Access Doors

  • The Insulated Access Door has been designed to create an airtight seal utilizing a moisture, oil and grease resistant neoprene gasket between the door to frame and the frame to duct.

Sound Attenuators:

A sound attenuator, or duct silencer is a noise control acoustical treatment of Heating Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) ductwork designed to reduce transmission of noise through the ductwork, either from equipment into occupied spaces in a building.

A sound attenuator consists of a baffle within the ductwork. These baffles often contain sound-absorbing materials. The physical dimensions and baffle configuration of sound attenuators are selected to attenuate a specific range of frequencies. Available in the following shapes:

  • Rectangular.

  • Round.

Garbage Chute System.
 

A garbage chute system is a long vertical space passing by each floor in a building. It includes a door on each floor where residents can dispose of their garbage into the chute. This door is usually contained in a small room on each floor. Garbage placed in the chute drops to a compactor or dumpster at the bottom.
